If you like the taste of the sea this rice will be very appealing for you and your family. I’ve made it not too heavy because of all the other rich food on the table during New Year!
The ingredients 食材 for 6 people;
- 18 king prawns
- sliced belly pork
- 2.5 bowls of sticky (glutinous) rice
- Sesame oil
- ginger slices.
- +Dried: shrimp, onion, mushroom and octopus.
