Here’s a popular street food you find in Taiwan that has its origins in Malaysia. This is a very tasty rice, chicken and vegetables dish which has the bonus of being a particularly healthy food I think.
One of the main differences between this an a regular chicken rice ‘bien dang’ in Taiwan is the especially tasty rice – which is made with added crispy onions and chicken stock – and the selection of three dipping sauces you can enjoy to bring lots of taste variety to the dish. - bay leaf
