鴨媽特別提醒:這蹄膀烹飪之前一定要用竹籤定住並以滾水淋兩次(以定形)

Lovely. I am going to try this next. As we speak, I am making the soy braised chicken and with the sauce, I make noodles with it. We called wantan mee, malaysian style. My husband enjoyed it very much. Thanks Joanne.

Thank you!! I do not see when you add the vegetable starch. I added 1 TBS of potato starch dissolved in the water, and that worked great. A most delicious meal! Happy New Year!!
