The ingredients 食材 for 4 people;

  • A pork shank


  • carrot
  • mooli
  • Spices: chili, garlic, spring onion, cinnamon, star anise, black pepper, sugar, vegetable starch
  • Sauce: soy sauce, rice wine
  • Serve: on a bed of wilted Chinese cabbage (optional)

  3. Thank you!! I do not see when you add the vegetable starch. I added 1 TBS of potato starch dissolved in the water, and that worked great. A most delicious meal! Happy New Year!!
